NAO Wellness founder, Nikki Ostrower, and Flywheel’s, Jaimie Bailey invite you to indulge in The EXPERIENCE-an intimate and unique urban wellness retreat designed to integrate your mind, body, and spirit with a full day of coveted self-care services from NYC’s best holistic practitioners.

Your EXPERIENCE starts at 10:00AM at NAO Wellness, where Jaimie and Nikki set powerful intentions for the day and get you grounded.

10:30am-11:30am
Warm up with mindful fitness as Kim Villanueva, fitness and wellness entrepreneur, trainer to celebrity clients and co-founder of Core Pilates NYC, Kim Villanueva leads a Pilates MELT method class to restore your weary muscles, repair and rehydrate tissue, regenerate cells, and reduce pain, inflammation, stress, and cellulite-all while toning and strengthening. The MELT method is also known for replenishing collagen production and revitalize damaged skin. Say goodbye to cellulite!

Fuel up with a light and clean lunch crafted with homemade, organic, locally-sourced ingredients by Provenance Meals
Enjoy nourishing, low glycemic baked goods and a selection of healthy teas curated by health coach, baker, and wellness advocate, Solana Nolfo

Next, learn about the incredible brain-boosting benefits of CBD oil with Complementary & Integrative Health Expert, Rachelle Robinett. See what all the buzz is about and why so many are turning to CBD for its comprehensive healing properties.

Move stagnant, self-limiting energy out of your system as The Joyful Approach founder, Joy Dushey guides us through a powerful breathwork exercise. Benefits of breathwork include reduced anxiety and stress, balanced chakras, improved immunity, increased intuition and creativity, more restorative sleep, and the ability to disrupt negative emotional and behavioral patterns 

2:15-3:15 Indulge in deep relaxation as Leslie McDonald leads us in a grounding gong sound bath. Scientifically proven to reduce stress and induce meditative benefits, this ancient and profound healing practice uses sound vibrations to soothe, calm, and restore balance to the nervous system.

 

To complete the day, we’ll connect as a community and share what we’ll need to sustain our breakthroughs moving forward, and how we can support each other in creating lasting change.
