New Moon Ascension

Do you ever question if there is a way around the pain experience?

I sometimes do, and I went through years of escaping pain and numbing pain through external fulfillment and unhealthy coping strategies. Until I began my ascension process and trusted that if I could work with the pain, I could trust that the ascension process does not have the goal to keep us in pain. It’s a deep cleansing process to free us from old belief systems, fears, and destructive patterns. It’s meant to spark us, inspire us to heal and reach for our hearts desires and dreams. We have a right to become a true free spirit, our true authentic self. What we will become after the transformation goes beyond our wildest imaginations.
When we are living fully anchored in the multi-dimensional matrix, we live in a place of deep inner peace, harmony, oneness, community and unconditional love. We are the forerunners to show others the way. Therefore, everything that is not serving us for this goal is stripped off of us now. The linear model no longer serves and is making us feel uncomfortable. Just like a snake that sheds his skin to allow for further growth and to remove parasites that may have attached to their old skin, we shed the ego over and over to become more aligned with a higher way of being.

I believe strongly in the power of transmuting pain to joy, but it takes intention, attention, and action.
Joe Dispenza says breaking out of cycles of thinking, feeling, and doing the same things over and over begins by making different choices. Whether it’s waking up and meditating rather than staying in bed, changing what we eat, or starting an exercise routine, as we make new and better choices, we help our body, mind, and spirit come back to balance. As our body begins to change its chemical state from better food choices, this naturally leads to a change in our emotional state.

Here are some of my favorite helpful tips to navigate your own awakening journey and move forward as quickly as possible

GRATITUDE PRACTICE

Start expressing your gratitude for everything that happens for you, the good and the seemingly hurtful or bad things. Realize that nothing happens to you, everything happensfor you
It takes some time to reprogram our software from fear to love. A favorite solution for energy transmutation is having two columns in a journal entry: A (low frequency) ego journal and a (high frequency) love journal. When you are upset, give your ego all the space to judge, blame, dump all the anger out onto paper. Once it is done, take some deep breaths and then re-read the ego/victim story. Find the points in the story you can be grateful for. What does that situation show you or teach you about yourself? What wounds does it show you that still need healing? Who did you meet that you might not have met because of the situation? Then, take your love column and re-write the story into a story of gratitude. After you are done –dispose of the ego journal pages. You don’t want to read that low-frequency stuff again. Of course – you can re-read your high-frequency soul journal as often as you like. It will help you to stay in higher vibes.

BEGIN TO SEE THE GIFTS IN THE PAIN EXPERIENCE

Do you believe in the idea that there can be a gift in your pain? Have you experienced a challenging situation and have you become stronger because of it?
Think of the event in your life that is most responsible for making you into the person you are today. Let’s call it our “moment of truth.”

REDIRECT YOUR ENERGIES TO FIND JOY

Begin redirecting energies of pain and emotions and transform them. This can be arts, journaling, supporting others, dancing, playing, sports, …whatever you like to spend your time with. This is the first step into the direction of finding joy again. Step by step adds more things that you enjoy. What makes your heart sing? When do you forget space and time? Traveling, singing, dancing, star gazing, hiking, knitting, painting… Discover what is right for you. Ask your inner child what you truly enjoy and let it come out to play. Discover playfulness. It is very important for us to find joy again and come into the NOW. This will help to even out the emotional break downs. Step by step, you will lift your frequency by adding more joy. The higher our frequency gets, the less space for low frequencies of fear-based emotions such as guilt, shame, sadness, anger, etc. The darkness within us will be absorbed by our light.

USE A MANTRA 

By learning how to block negative energy through meditations and mantras, you can remove these thought attachments from your mind and body.
Blocking negative energy, which can take over your body, mind, and spirit, can be done by reaching a higher level of vibration where only positive energy can exist.
The practice of mantra meditation consists of two components: repetition of a mantra and the practice of meditating. Your meditation is performed, or held in place, by the mantra. In other words, you repeat your mantra – a word or phrase – over and over, whether out loud or in your mind, and, as you do so, you will reach a place of both high focus and complete liberation from negative thoughts.
The repetition of mantras can help you disconnect from any negative or intrusive thoughts that arise during meditation, and the process will also help keep you focused on your intention.
Every atom and molecule that makes up your body, including those in your brain, is already vibrating, as in the Kinetic theory of matter which says that “all matter is made up of atoms and molecules that are constantly moving.”
The goal of mantra meditation is to reach a higher mental plane where only positive energy can thrive.

FORGIVE YOURSELF AND OTHERS

This, for many, is the hardest part to do. Because our ego loves to blame and judge others and ourselves to make them or us feel miserable, unworthy. It keeps us in a victim role. Often, we do not even realize it, because we are so stuck in our old belief patterns based on human ethics and morale. To reach unconditional love, we have to leave the human level and go onto the soul level.

EMPOWER YOUR INNER CHILD

The inner child is the wounded, abandoned and hurt part within ourselves that stores memories and delivers the “energetic software” to our ego with the protection strategy we once came up with to avoid pain or punishment. This part of us is fearful and sabotaging us as an adult. Working with the developmental stages of your inner child and be so powerful with transmuting old painful memories to new loving memories.

HEAL THROUGH NATURE

Nature is healing. That is where we come from. We have more in common with nature than we think. Because we all consist mainly of water. So does nature. And water has a wonderful characteristic. It communicates and transports information quickly. The smaller amount of water adapts to a larger amount of water. So when we are walking barefoot through the grass or a forest, when we hug trees, we take a swim or just put our feet into natural water, we are surrounded by the natural frequency. Which is carried as data by the water in the grass, the trees, the lakes, the sea, the rivers, etc.

When our system and cells are in chaos because we had a bad day, a fight, an emotional breakout, spiraling thoughts getting in touch with nature/water rebalances us quickly into the natural frequency, as we as the smaller part of water adapt to the bigger one. Second best option: Take a sea salt bath at home, or program the water before bathing in it with 432 Hz sounds. Just let a song play (there are plenty on Youtube and Spotify) in the bathroom, before you enter the bathtub.

SOUND HEALING WITH SOLFEGGIO SOUNDS

Sound is one of the purest forms of energy in existence.
Sound inspires us, uplifts us, helps us to communicate, express ourselves, and even heal at a deep level.
Have you ever stopped to consider how amazing it is that everything around you is fundamentally composed of energy that vibrates at different frequencies?
The Solfeggio Frequencies are a series of 6 electromagnetic musical tones that the Gregorian Monks were said to use when they chanted in meditation. Rediscovered in 1974 by Dr. Joseph Puleo, the Solfeggio Frequencies are said to deeply penetrate the conscious and subconscious mind, stimulating inner healing.
