A Gift For You
Many of you have heard me speak of the importance of coming to Presence and why it’s essential for us to have a meditation practice or a breathing practice.
I have made the distinction between the Alchemical three-part Breathwork I facilitate with for transformational experiences vs. Mindful Meditation which is a practice of breathing with the diaphragmatic breath which is more passive and responsible for bringing one to states of ease calm and to the present moment.
While both have essential value, the three-part Alchemical Breathwork allows us to release stagnant energy, dismantle limiting beliefs and reoccurring negative patterns and opens us up to living with more freedom, love, joy, and manifestations we deeply desire. It allows us to connect us to our truth and soul by bypassing the conscious mind and pulling from our subconscious.
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future. (which can lead to sadness and depression or anxious thoughts).
Research has shown that mindfulness helps us reduce anxiety and depression. Mindfulness teaches us how to respond to stress with awareness of what is happening in the present moment, rather than simply acting instinctively, unaware of what emotions or motives may be driving that decision. By teaching awareness for one’s physical and mental state in the moment, mindfulness allows for more adaptive reactions to difficult situations. A mindful person is reflective rather than reactive.
After much demand, I am now offering a new service: Intro to Meditation and Meditation Guidance In person or virtually via Zoom.
This has been the game-changer that has changed everything for me years ago when my days were stress and anxiety-ridden, where I relied on a rigid routine and exhausting schedule to distract me from the anxiety… where I couldn’t connect to my life purpose and felt so disconnected from meaning.
Once I started breathing with mindfulness I felt a rapid shift where my nervous system calmed. My routine allowed for more flexibility and ease and my nature was more calming and relaxed. I naturally connected to my life purpose; hence The Joyful Approach was launched. To add many of the physical running injuries I experienced went away and my athletic abilities improved remarkably.
There are many more benefits I experience since meditating and I always love sharing, so I’ll let you in on that meditation is my best-kept beauty secret 😉
Joyful Tip: Before any special event, or important dinner – meditate for inner radiance and G L O W.
I want to help you if you’re willing to commit to something new or amping up your meditation if you feel stagnation with your practice.
I am also gifting you a guided 10-minute recording here from my heart to yours…
