Ingredient highlights

DARK CHOCOLATE…contains the ‘love chemical’ PEA (phenylethylamine). PEA releases dopamine into the brain which induces feeling of attraction and euphoria. Chocolate also promotes a sense of well-being
and relaxation.

Tart Cherry… Vitamins A and C increase testosterone and estrogen levels in both men and women. The quercetin content in cherries makes them a true performance booster. Cherries can keep muscles strong and inflammation at bay. I drink cherry powder mixed with water for a natural energy drink before or during my workouts.
BEETS…also known as the secret to vitality. A very potent aphrodisiac because of its high boron content. Boron is thought to influence the production of sexual hormones as well as improve the immune system. The Greek goddess of love, Aphrodite, ate beautiful beets to make herself more appealing.

POMEGRANATE…can add some major spark into our physical relationship. It’s so high in antioxidants that it can increase physical sensitivity in your body.

RASPBERRIES and STRAWBERRIES….two very sexy fruits on their own.(ever notice that a strawberry is shaped like a heart?) Both high in antioxidants and natural fibers to keep your skin glowing and bellies full.

I’m making these cookies and handing them out to my loved ones this V-day. You can order the cookie cutters on amazon or use any shape you have at home. These tea cookies really taste so good with tea or coffee, they are so light and the Rose water really makes them taste special and exotic.
