✨✨This was such a treat and I am so GRATEFUL to have had the opportunity of speaking to Krati Mehra (@mehra_krati) from Beyond The Goals Podcast. We spoke about the certain healing techniques I use to help transform lives in the most gentle, magical ways. We all have childhood trauma, including myself, that need not to be avoided. To overcome my own trauma and health issues, I committed to emotional healing via breathwork, and the experience was so transformative that I found myself wanting to learn more but most importantly, wanting to help others!

Beyond the Goals is an attempt to help you design a life that goes beyond the conventional ideas of success and happiness. The Methodology Episode 29 - The Solo Show On The Alchemy of Gratitude ✨✨

Rooted in transformative coaching, I offer what I like to call The Alchemy. The Alchemy session was designed for one to experience a transformation through intuitive & therapeutic conversation. It is first activated by full embodiment of active breathwork and energy healing.

I formulated an integrative, 2-tiered life system that encompasses twelve tenants of daily disciplines and tools for transformation, which stem from holistic and spiritual principles. When one embarks on this Methodology, the alchemizing behaviors and non-serving emotions begin experiencing alignment and states of Joy, Love and Freedom are projected. This is an approach one must commit to, which is why I named it The Methodology by The Joyful Approach!
