Breathwork Soundbath Event January 16th with Joy Dushey and Katie Down /SOLD OUT

Join Joy Dushey and Katie Down on the New Moon in Capricorn January 16th for an evening of energetic healing  and a gorgeous meditative sound experience. We will provide a safe and supportive environment to explore self-healing and self-discovery to manifest new beginnings for building your life with the new moon upon us.

You will be guided through an active Breathwork meditation technique that uses the breath to emotionally detox the body from what no longer serves you. With Breathwork we experience the  release of sadness, grief and anger that burrow into our bodies and minds, keeping us distracted from the love and light that is available in every moment. You will leave feeling lighter, open hearted, renewed and charged with the new intentions you’ve set at the start of our evening together.

Sound Baths are deep listening experiences using therapeutic drone instruments such as quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, monochords and voice for helping to balance the autonomic nervous system which has shown to reduce symptoms of stress, pain, and anxiety. The Sound Bath is a community environment promoting rejuvenation, relaxation and joy!
