Once we know ourselves, we become equipped with knowledge that can enable us to transform our thoughts, feelings and actions into living to our potential.

In this Sangha we’ll gather and uncover inquiry on the journey to knowing thyself–
How to get to know yourself and how to have the courage to live life as exactly who you were meant to be, being true to your core values, and coming to peace with it all.
Knowing yourself means respecting your values in life, your beliefs, your personality, your priorities, your moods, your habits, your body, and your relationships.
Knowing yourself means understanding your strengths and weaknesses, your passions and fears, your desires and dreams. The closer you get to knowing yourself, the closer you get to living your life’s purpose.
We’ll gather in exploration on the journey to knowing thyself prompted by a few rich questions drawn from a myriad lenses of the persona study. We’ll share and set intentions serving as the portal for the Breathwork and Sound journey.
The Breath is the ultimate medicine that clears the noise that has distanced us from knowing ourselves. The breath is the sacred tool that allows us to access the intimate connection to the core of who we are and what we really want in life.
Through this 3 part breath we can access the unconscious material that has distanced us from our true authentic selves and from energy that has inhibited us from living with joy -love -freedom and ease. This Pranayama is a rhythmic exercise facilitated with guidance with music, essential oils and Reiki for one to have a full journey healing layers of unwanted emotions, anxiety, stress, limited beliefs, destructive patterns, feeling stuck, loss of vitality and unwanted energy. The flow of this alchemical breath allows for an endorphin release and the heart to open through the heart meridian. After the breathwork melt into a restorative sound immersion to restore the nervous system, balance the chakras and physiological body.
Most often people leave feeling open hearted. They have more clarity and received some awareness along with answers or solutions. They experience freedom and feel lighter, joyful, energized and inspired. Some see visions and colors, some reunite with loved ones they’ve been grieving for. Some see visions of creative projects they’ve been immersed in.
There are endless possibilities we can access with Breathwork ..the most encouraged strategy is to stay open and the breath will meet you right where its supposed to for your unique experience.
