Picnic Food: Honey Roasted Figs, Smoked Salmon and Mozzarella &Tomato Toast’s
Honey Roasted Figs over Goat Cheese Toast
French Baguette or Mary Gone Gluten Free Crackers
Drizzle honey over figs and roast in oven on 350 15 minutes.
Smear lightly toasted Baguette slices with goat cheese and place figs over.
Drizzle White truffle oil and enjoy.
Smoked Salmon/Eggs over Guac Toast
Smoked Scottish Salmon Sliced
7 minute hard Boiled Egg
Avocado Smash :lemon &cilantro
Toast of your choice (I used 7 grain Toast)
Smash the avocados with lemon cilantro sea salt and pepper and smear over toasts.
Add slices of salmon and quarters of hard boiled egg. Spoon capers over and enjoy!
Mozzarella Tomato Pesto :
1 bunch of basil
1/2 cup of olive oil
sea salt pepper
In a cuisinart blend all ingredients until a smooth consistency.
Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella

French Baguette sliced
Spread the bread with pesto. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and place tomatoes over with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
